API-powered operational systems

Turn signals into systems.

SignalRivet connects software, data, APIs, automation, and AI into practical systems that make operations faster, easier to manage, and harder to lose track of.

THE POWER OF APIS

God's Eye View for business signals

This is a functioning signal-fusion demo. SignalRivet software calls multiple public data services, normalizes their answers, and puts live aircraft, satellite positions, earthquakes, and public traffic cameras into one explorable operating picture.

Now replace the public signals with your business signals.

Supplier shipments. Machine states. Inspection results. NCRs. Customer complaints. Inventory. Work orders. Calibration. Delivery risk. ERP and QMS records. APIs make separate systems usable as one system.

Start with one high-friction quality workflow, prove the improvement, then connect operations, supply chain, service, finance, or leadership. The technology becomes infrastructure instead of a one-off tool.

FROM COOL DEMO TO BUSINESS CASE

The map is not the product. The integration pattern is. The same architecture can watch plant signals, supplier events, quality data, customer requests, and operational exceptions, then surface the few things that require a manager's attention.

Live demo sources: aircraft via ADSB.lol; orbital elements via CelesTrak; earthquakes via USGS; public camera frames via City of Austin Open Data, Caltrans, and TfL Open Data. OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS

BOSS-style Priority Board

Turn scattered work into a controlled operating queue. Priorities, blockers, ownership, and executive summaries become visible in one place.

Department to enterprise

Build the win people want to copy.

A quality manager does not need to sell leadership on "APIs." They need to show a system that removes chasing, surfaces risk earlier, and gives management a clearer decision. Once one department can prove the improvement, the natural question is: where else can we use this?

THE LAND-AND-EXPAND MODELStart with one painful workflow. Connect the next department. Keep improving the system.

SignalRivet can grow from a bounded project into an ongoing systems partnership for integrations, automation, reporting, monitoring, and new operational capabilities.

01QUALITY

Inspection data, NCRs, corrective actions, supplier quality.

02OPERATIONS

Production status, work orders, downtime, priorities.

03SUPPLY + CUSTOMER

Inbound risk, delivery status, complaints, service signals.

04EXECUTIVE VIEW

Cross-functional priorities, exceptions, trends, and summaries.

Workflow orchestration

Show the workflow. Then remove the friction.

Modern automation platforms can connect thousands of apps with triggers, actions, filters, webhooks, APIs, and AI. Business owners do not need to learn the vendor names. They need to see the outcome.

Select a scenario and run it to watch information move across the business.
What powers workflows like this?

APIs, webhooks, workflow engines such as Zapier or n8n, custom code, databases, and AI services can be combined behind the scenes. SignalRivet chooses the stack around the business problem instead of forcing the business around a tool.

Automated customer service

One customer message can trigger an entire service workflow.

Use APIs to receive a request, understand intent, look up customer context, draft a response, route exceptions to a person, and update the system of record.

PROPOSED RESPONSE / DEMO

Run the workflow to generate a locally simulated triage result.

No customer data leaves this demo. The live production version would keep API keys server-side and enforce authentication, logging, and human escalation rules.

APIs let your existing tools act like one system.

Click a business function to see what can happen when software is allowed to exchange data and trigger controlled actions automatically.

Pick a department. See what a connected operating system could do.

The technology changes by workflow, but the pattern stays consistent: detect the signal, connect the context, automate the repeatable response, and show the manager what matters.

BOSS

We run our own company on the systems we build.

BOSS is SignalRivet's internal Business Operating System. It coordinates research, work packages, priorities, quality gates, receipts, automation, and executive-level summaries so the system can move quickly without losing control.

That matters to a customer because our philosophy is not “add more AI.” It is: connect the right signals, route the right work, preserve evidence, automate the repeatable parts, and surface the decisions that still need a human.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Focus attention where it changes the outcome.

BOSS-style summaries compress operational noise into decisions: what moved, what is blocked, what matters now, and what should happen next.

SEA operating philosophy

Speed. Efficiency. Accuracy.

SEA is a design constraint, not a slogan. We want systems that move work faster, use the least expensive capable resource, and preserve enough evidence to know the result is right.

SPEEDReduce waiting, handoffs, and repetitive execution time.

Use automation and parallel work where dependencies allow it.

API inspiration

A world of signals becomes useful when the signals are connected.

The open-source God's Eye View project demonstrates a memorable version of this idea by combining public signals such as aircraft, ships, satellites, earthquakes, cameras, and AI interaction into one spatial interface. Our Signal Fusion demo applies that same systems idea to business: combine independent feeds, then turn them into decisions.

APIs are the connective tissue.

Common questions

Start with the operational problem.

Do I need to know what an API is?

No. Tell us what you are retyping, chasing, checking, copying, waiting on, or unable to see. We translate that problem into the right technical system.

Can you connect software we already use?

Often, yes. When a system exposes an API, webhook, export, database, email trigger, or other supported interface, it can frequently participate in a larger workflow. We verify the actual capabilities and permissions before proposing the design.

Does every automation need AI?

No. Many of the best automations are deterministic. AI is useful when the work involves language, classification, extraction, summarization, or flexible reasoning. We use it where it adds value.

Can you build something unique to our operation?

Yes. SignalRivet combines custom software with integrations and automation so the system can match the workflow rather than forcing the workflow into a generic tool.

What is BOSS?

BOSS is SignalRivet's internal Business Operating System. It is how we coordinate priorities, work, quality gates, automation, evidence, and executive summaries inside our own operation.

Have a process that should work better?

Show us the friction.

We will help turn the signals into a system.
